Leading lines: In Photos dot org
I found these pictures very inspirational of depth because they are images you can see everyday walking around, but you may not see them unless you are looking. The city and landscapes around us make so many shapes and angles. The first image represents repetition of six objects. The candles are simply placed behind one another. With this you have a beautiful picture with the concept of one candle after another. The second picture I would say is my favorite because it looks very elegant and simple, but shows varied ideas in one pictures. The picture is a close up of a tulip and in the background you see the vague shape of a woman in her room. The woman looks very graceful, almost like she is a ballerina. The flower also covers her middle body and almost looks like a skirt. The background has much more light than the front of the picture which is darker and more vivid. The last picture is the concept of leading lines. This picture strikes me because there is more than once leading lines shaped by the rocks. There are leading lines that are from front to back and ones from back to front. All these pictures show me that you can see depth everywhere and everyday. It is just a matter of how you angle your camera/ eyes and if you let yourself see the shapes of the world.
